How to prepare

Microwave instructions:

Caution: Hot contents! Do not shake. Do not screw on the lid if using the Huel pot

Add 2x Instant Meal scoops and 200ml cold water to a heat-resistant container. Cover loosely and microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir, re-cover loosely and microwave for one minute. Let it stand for five minutes and enjoy!

Kettle instructions:

Got a kettle? You can also make Instant Meals simply by adding 200ml of boiling water to two scoops. Stir, cover loosely, and leave for five minutes. Enjoy!

Our top tips

  • First things first, give the pouch a good shake and mix up all the ingredients to make sure you’re getting a bit of everything

  • Put Instant Meals in the pot first, you can then take it with you to add in the water when you’re ready (don’t add the boiling water and then save it for a later time)

  • Add in more water for a thinner, soupy texture, or less water for a thicker, risotto-like texture

  • If you want to spice up your Instant Meals, try adding hot sauce for an extra kick

How to measure

Huel Instant Meals are completely flexible. You can make a serving as big or small as you like. A pot and scoop are provided in the box with your first order, instead of inside every pouch, to cut down on waste.

One level scoop of Instant Meals holds roughly 50g which is about 200kcal.

If you want to weigh your Instant Meal more accurately, we recommend using some simple kitchen scales.
